With most salesmen you can tell they watch what they say and they are only interested in pushing the close on a house or new car, etc. However, Terry was very informative and I felt like he was working in my best interest. He gave honest opinions on the property's and told me what I should expect from the reno area. He gave some great examples of different types of properties and helped me really narrow down my search till I found what made me happy. He was very flexible and wouldn't get frustrated with me when I had to cancel or reschedule appointments. So far the property he helped me pick out has been wonderful!

Completely top-notch and professional.
